• I've ordered Merch and have selected collection - how does this work?

Please email [email protected] to arrange a collection time and point. Please make the email subject header: 'Merch Collection'

• The shop is out of stock in the size I require - when does the next shipment come in?

We try and restock our shop once every semester. Please check back soon! 

• I've ordered a ticket for an event but I don't have a physical ticket - what do I use to get into the event?

You just need to show your ticket receipt on the door. You can find it by searching 'Big Cartel' in your inbox.
